This policy explains what personal data aleksaadvision.com collects, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The data controller is Aleksa Masic, trading as Aleksa AdVision, Belgrade, Serbia. Every question about this policy goes to info@aleksaadvision.com and is answered by a person.
The Meta Pixel. This page loads the Meta Pixel, which reports a page view to Meta and reports when someone clicks through to the booking calendar. Meta receives your IP address, browser details, and a cookie identifier, and may match that to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. It is used to measure our own advertising and to build audiences for it. This is the only tracking on the site: no analytics, no session recording, no heatmaps.
Turning it off. Any browser-level tracking blocker, or Meta's own Accounts Center ad settings, stops it. Nothing on this site breaks when the pixel is blocked.
Two other third parties are contacted by your browser when the page loads: Google Fonts serves the typefaces and Vercel serves the page itself. Both receive your IP address and browser details as a normal part of delivering a web page, and both keep short-lived server logs for security and abuse prevention.
For booking and correspondence, the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact a business. We do not process special category data, and we do not profile you.
Only the processors that make the service work: LeadConnector (CRM and calendar), Google Workspace (email), Vercel (hosting), and Meta as described above. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers. Client advertising accounts are separate from this website and are governed by the written agreement with that client.
Booking and enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@aleksaadvision.com. We reply within 30 days, usually the same week. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are unhappy with the answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Outbound business correspondence is governed by our Anti-Spam Policy. Every message carries a working unsubscribe, opt-outs are permanent across all of our domains, and we use no open tracking or click tracking.
If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; ask and we will tell you what changed.
